ROOT is a facilitated cohort of young women who meet weekly to bring intention into lived form.

The space is rooted in inner inquiry, witnessing, and accountability as we move from younger selves into womanhood. Together, we take seriously our dreams and the cultural forces that shape—and sometimes constrain—how we bring them into life.
Each 75-minute weekly Zoom session follows the Resonance Circle Approach (The Alliance for a Viable Future), moving through five stages:
          Centering
          Gratitude
          Vision
          Action
          Inspiration

The arc is designed to ground us, clarify what we are moving toward, and identify concrete action for the week ahead, closing in inspiration and renewal.

This space is meant for post-college aged women betweeen 20 and 25 years of age.

At its core, ROOT is built on the understanding that we cannot do this work alone. We need witnessing, structure, and community to sustain what we are becoming. We are meant to be in circle, with other women, tending our lives. The practice supports us in returning to center, again and again, in a world that constantly pulls us away from it.
